MOJAVE 3 Modern wall quilt 32 by 41 inches

This wall quilt is made from a printed fabric panel by designer/artist Noelle Phares for Paintbrush Studio Fabrics. The fabric artist has rendered a beautiful composition that combines natural shapes with intricate geometric lines and angles. This scene has vibrant color in turquoise, aqua, aloe, terra cotta, burnt orange, black and white.  I layered this beautiful abstract desert panel with unbleached cotton batting and a solid persimmon backing.  An intricate spiral triangle quilting design stitched in white thread adds dimension, movement, and texture. All fabrics and batting are premium 100% cotton.

I installed a hanging sleeve on the back to allow for invisible and easy wall display. You will need a wooden dowel at least 40 inches long. Thread the dowel through the hanging sleeve and set ends of dowel atop nails in the wall.

After construction, the wall quilt was machine washed in cold, tumble dried on low for 10 minutes, then removed from the dryer while partially damp and laid flat to air dry. If you continue this care, no further shrinkage will occur.
